My game has changed dramatically since attending the WPT Boot Camp! The improvement was immediately evident in the weeks following, where I won first place in an on-line tournament with a field over 2000 players. This first tournament success more than paid for the boot camp. A week later, I took third in another tournament with a similar field. No-limit tournaments have become much more fun, now that I’ve learned how to navigate to the money. One of my biggest on-line tournament wins included a first place prize of $2,000 spending money and a $10,000 seat into the Main Event of the World Poker Finals at Foxwoods. This momentum has carried me into some of the daily WSOP tournaments in Tunica, where I won my entry fees and gained even more great competition experience.
Thanks so much to the boot camp team for genuinely sharing in my small successes and providing continuous support. They were great during class and after in communicating essential advice to my specific style of play. Needless to say, the boot camp experience has launched an entirely new poker world for me (in less than 4 months). I feel as if the boot camp was a sling shot that catapulted me into a higher level, where I am now sitting at tables of fantastic professional players. Reflecting on all that happened, I couldn’t have dreamed up a better experience. I can’t even imagine what will happen next….
